SINGLE SPRING SEAL

Type: 30 Series

SSE 30 series internally mounted single coil spring mechanical seals, which are non-

clogging. They are designed for high viscosity abrasive service and solid

accumulated pumping media is possible of rotation due to its unique positive lug

drive design, which eliminates any tortional load on the spring.

They are designed for sturdy and long spring which tolerates great amount of

misalignment vibration and thermal expansion of the pump shaft. They are designed

for balance and unbalance single spring seal, their seal faces are integral and inter

changeable, without any modification. They are available in enormous variety for

various applications. They are also available in PTFE double v-packing, which

energies spring to provide perfect dynamic sealing.

Carbon Tungsten Carbide, Silicon.

Ceramic (AL2O3 = 99.5%), Silicon Carbide.

Secondary seal

PTFE Bellow.
